What it does
The everyday paperwork of a trading or service business, each piece connected to the next.
-
Quotations
Draft a quotation, share it as a PDF link, record the customer's acceptance and convert it into an invoice. Quotations never touch the ledger until they become invoices.
-
Invoices and credit notes
Numbered tax invoices with VAT worked out per line. An issued invoice never changes; corrections are made with a credit note that links back to it.
-
Receipts and collections
Record full or partial receipts and allocate them to invoices. Excess money stays as customer credit. Track post-dated cheques and what is still due from whom.
-
Expenses and bills
Paid expenses and unpaid supplier bills are kept apart, with the receipt or bill attached as evidence. Supplier credits and payments settle against bills.
-
VAT return working papers
Working papers for each VAT period, reproduced from the ledger so the same period always gives the same figures. Review notes and filing variances are recorded with them.
-
Bank reconciliation
Match the books to the bank statement line by line, and see what is still unexplained before a period is closed.
-
Periods and the ledger
Every entry posts as a balanced journal. Periods lock when they are done, opening balances are brought in as a journal, and corrections are controlled rather than silent.
-
Reports
An owner dashboard for the daily questions, and accountant reports, customer statements and exports (PDF and CSV) built from the same ledger.
Also: customers and suppliers with separate balances, products and services, stock for businesses that carry it, and a full audit trail of who changed what and when.
Who it is for
Owner-run businesses
You raise the quotations, send the invoices and chase the money yourself, usually from your phone between other things. The app is built for small screens first: one task per screen, large targets, and the few questions you ask every day answered on the home screen.
Their accountants
Your accountant works in the same books, not on a copy. Invite them to your organization and they see the ledger, periods, VAT working papers and reconciliations, and can look after several client organizations from one sign-in.
Pricing
Plans are announced at launch.
If you run a small business in the UAE, or you are an accountant who looks after a few of them, we would like to hear what you need before the plans are fixed.
